  •  Accommodations are no longer available on site.

  • A list of nearby motels is attached.

  • Call for the current cost based on per guest per day.

  • Includes unlimited rounds of golf, tennis, and Pickleball per guest.

  • Includes use the clubhouse for lunches and dinners. Dinners are available only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Lunch may not be available on Mondays.

  • The fitness facilities may be restricted. Please inquire.

  • Boat dockage may be available with power & water. 

  • No living aboard allowed. Please confirm availability.

 

COVID 19  Procedures currently in place:

Check with the Piper’s for any changes in these policies.

  1. All Guests must submit that they have received the Vaccine or have a positive antibodies test.

  2. The facilities would be available to the Guests only if they have had the Vaccine or a positive antibodies test.

  3. 90+ % of Piper’s Landlords have been vaccinated.
