The Tennis Facilities have 5 Har-Tru Courts refinished in 2021.
The main court is lighted for night play and has bleacher seating for tournaments.
There are group play and tournaments for all skill levels.
Twice a year there are exhibitions with outside players and free food and libations, for some reason, they are very attended.
One year we had Billy Jean King and Bobby Riggs in for a rematch. At least that is what they told me. But they looked surprisingly a lot like our members with wigs on their heads.
Our pro, Cullen was the State of Florida men’s doubles champion in college. He is an absolute jewel.
In 2020 we added two regulation Pickleball courts.
It appears to be a great game and it is catching on fast.
I think I would need to hire somebody to keep the score for me.
Across the street, we have our fabulous Dog Park.
Daily at 2:30 pm sharp the dogs bring their owners to the park for Yappy Hour.
Once off their leashes the owners scamper around and sniff out the competition.
The dogs sit and have a glass of wine or other libations and catch up on all the gossip.
