Jim has been a Florida Real Estate Agent since 2004. The first 15 years were in Commercial Real Estate where he earned the prestigious CCIM Designation. The CCIM designation is similar to having an advanced degree in Real Estate. It represents many facets of training and testing in real estate principles, theories, and practical applications. Prior to moving to the Stuart area, he was a Certified Public Accountant for 27 years in his own firm. This background provides him a  foundation that very few real estate professionals have because he understands the complex financial facets of a real estate transaction.

Jim takes sends all his leads from his various campaigns an email with the summary information of Piper’s and 10 white paper attachments.
if they respond favorably to his email then he set them up to receive his periodic newsletters that are sent out to prospective buyers.
