Unlimited Golf & Tennis There are no Trail Fees or charges for use of an extra golf cart.
Guest Golf Fees Guest Fees for golf are $75 in season and $20 in the summer.
Nonresident family can play with you for free after 3 pm.
Access to other private clubs Reciprocals for golf and dining with other private clubs in
Martin, Palm Beach, St Lucie, and Indian River Counties.
Reduced Real Estate Taxes Real Estate taxes are based on what is paid for a home.
Homesteaded properties are limited to a 3% increase per year.
