Let me introduce myself, I am William James (Jim) Forbes and I am the Realtor and Broker for Jim Forbes Real Estate, LLC. I specialize in the homes and condos of Piper’s Landing Y&CC.
I have lived in Piper’s since 2012. I have an in-depth knowledge of the rules, regulations, and the history of the homes.
My objective is to make sure that you understand completely the advantages of the lifestyle of Piper’s and to help you to find the home that you will enjoy for years to come. Piper’s Landing is on the South fork of the St Lucie River in a 456-acre preserve. Just 45 minutes North of West Palm Beach.
Piper’s Landing golf course was voted:

The Club House
There are four dining areas:
~ The Palm Room for more formal affairs,
~ The Waterfall Grille for casual dining,
~ The Pub 19 bar & lounge,
~The Terrace on the Green.
This is a covered outside dining area overlooking the 18th green, a waterfall, and a fire pit.
There are three meeting/card rooms the Thistle, the Oak, and the Laurel rooms.
In 2016 a 7.3 million dollar renovation was completed on the clubhouse expanding the square footage by 6,000 sq ft to a total of 31,000 sq ft.
The ProShop and Lifestyle Fitness Center and Aerobics room are on the lower level.
Tennis ~ Pickleball ~ Dog Park
There are 5 Har-Tru Tennis Courts, one of which is lighted for night play and has bleachers for exhibitions and tournaments.
Twice a year there are exhibitions by local Pros and area prodigies. One year there was a rematch of Bille Jean King and Bobby Riggs (they looked a lot like our owners with wigs). The events have free food, wine, and beer. For some unknown reason, they are very well attended. Cullen our Tennis Pro (he was the State of Florida Men's Double Champion in college) is cherished by all our tennis players.
Across the street is our Dog Park with its famous and well attended Yappy Hour. Wine, Friendship, and the latest gossip.
The Marina
There are 49 Slips from 25 ft. to 80 ft., with 30 and 50-amp electric service and potable water. You have access to your boat by golf cart, and there is 24/7 and video security surveillance.
Located on the South Fork of the St. Lucie River in a naturally protected brackish water yacht basin. With access to:
~The Atlantic Ocean: our area is known as the Sailfish Capital of the World.
~The Bahamas Islands: are 90 miles to the Southeast.
~ Intercoastal Waterway: Great cruising from Norfolk, Virginia to Miami, Florida.
~ Access Fort Myers: on the West Coast of Florida via Okeechobee Waterway & Locks.
~ Deepwater fishing: Dolphin, Wahoo, Mackerel, Grouper, and Snapper.
~ Inland fishing: for Snook, Redfish, Sea Trout, and freshwater fishing for Bass.
